This notice explains how personal data is processed when you visit this TERACE DMC website or contact us through the request form, by email, telephone or WhatsApp. Last updated: 28 September 2026.

2. Visiting the website
Technical data such as IP address, access time, requested page, and device or browser information may be processed to deliver, secure and maintain this website. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR: our legitimate interest in secure operation. Technical logs are retained only as needed for operation, troubleshooting and security, unless legal obligations require longer retention.
3. Contacting us
If you contact us through the request form, by email, phone or WhatsApp, we process the details and message you provide to answer your enquiry and, where relevant, prepare a proposal. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for pre-contractual steps or Article 6(1)(f) GDPR for other enquiries. We delete enquiries when no longer needed, subject to statutory retention duties or legitimate record-keeping needs. The WhatsApp link opens the external service only when clicked; its processing is covered by the WhatsApp Privacy Policy.
4. Hosting and recipients
This website is hosted by IONOS SE in Germany. IONOS processes technical connection data to deliver the pages and secure its operation. Our request form uses FormSubmit (Devro LABS). Only when you submit it are your form entries transferred to that service for delivery to our email inbox. FormSubmit says it retains submissions for 30 days. See the FormSubmit privacy terms. Email service providers also process messages sent to us. See the IONOS privacy policy.
5. Cookies and external content
Our pages do not set analytics or marketing cookies. Fonts, logo and images are served by this website. Third-party websites are opened only if you follow an external link; the request form sends data to FormSubmit when you submit it.
6. Your rights
Subject to the GDPR, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may withdraw any consent for the future. 7. Updates
We will update this notice when the website's functions or service providers change. The German version is the primary privacy notice.
